Exhibition on architect couple Liang Sicheng and Lin Huiyin | 梁思成林徽因珍贵资料首次来汉展出

"Chinese Architecture — Liang Sicheng & Lin Huiyin" was officially opened at the China Architecture Science and Technology Museum recently. “中华营造•梁思成、林徽因”文献展览于近日在中国建筑科技馆正式开展。

▲Model of ancient Chinese architecture at the exhibition The famous architect couple, Liang Sicheng and Lin Huiyin, are among the pioneers in the study of ancient Chinese architectural history as well as the founders of the School of Architecture at Tsinghua University. Thanks to this exhibition, for the first time, Wuhan citizens have the opportunity to come into close contact with precious literature about Liang and Lin. 梁思成与林徽因夫妇是中国古建筑史研究的奠基人之一，也是清华大学建筑学院的缔造者，此次展览是梁思成、林徽因珍贵文献展品首次来到武汉与市民近距离接触。

▲Manuscripts on display This exhibition showcases related pictures, manuscripts, and writings as well as models of ancient Chinese architecture. It also includes an audio area and an interactive area where visitors can watch related documentaries and learn about the wisdom of Chinese architectural culture from handmade cultural and creative works. 展览囊括了相关图像、手稿、著述以及古建复原模型，并设置观影区和互动区，观众可以观看相关纪录片，从手工文创作品之中感受中华建筑文化的智慧。
